Bill Esteb, Lead Author
Mr. Esteb was introduced to chiropractic in 1981 when he was asked to help write and the first chiropractic patient education video. Since then he has been a passionate chiropractic patient and advocate.
In 1999 Mr. Esteb founded Patient Media, Inc. As the writer and creative director, it has become the number one resource for chiropractors seeking effective patient communications tools.
In 2004 he co-founded Perfect Patients, the new patient website service which manages the online reputations of thousand chiropractors in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
He is the author of 11 books that explore the doctor/patient relationship from a patient’s point of view. Several have been used as college texts. He is a regular contributor to Chiropractic Economics and other chiropractic publications.
In demand as a chiropractic speaker, he is frequently in front of audiences at Palmer College, Life University, Parker University, Northwestern University, the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and other chiropractic colleges around the world.
When he isn’t writing about chiropractic or speaking about chiropractic, he can be found thinking about chiropractic—from a patient’s point of view.

Dr. Kevin Sharp
After his undergraduate education, Dr. Kevin Sharp received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Besides being the student body president, he received both the Clinical Excellence Award and the President’s Award.
He is a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors, one of the most prestigious honors given to Doctors of Chiropractic. Plus, he is the President of The North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Sharp has a busy practice serving the Winston-Salem area, frequently receiving referrals from OB-GYNs, internists, neurologists, surgeons and other health care specialists.
